Here
is a list of the services Maquila Properties will provide as part of the
representation agreement:
- Determine
requirements: Size of production, bath and office areas, floor bearing
capacity, clear height, clear spans, power capacity, water, sewer, gas,
docks, work flow, timing, cleanroom build outs and any special requirements.
- Find and present
suitable properties based on client requirements. Prepare spreadsheet
comparing price, location and other relevant factors.
- Determine which
of the possible sites is most suitable based on client needs, seller
offer and costs of improvements.
- Check that all
necessary documents, infrastructure and permits required for prospective
tenant use are in order.
- Negotiate best
deal for tenant/buyer based on market data and lessor circumstances.
- Read and comment
on contracts.
