Maquila Properties, Inc. recognized as business development leader in Tijuana

Tijuana, BC Mexico – Maquila Properies, Inc, the leading industrial & commercial brokerage firm in Northern Baja California was the recipient of the prestigious “Reconocimiento” award from the economic development agency (DEITAC) of the Greater Tijuana area. This honor was bestowed for being the largest contributor to the economic growth of Tijuana by bringing the most new clients into the Maquiladora Program for the years 2004-2006. Overall square footage leased or sold for the period was over 2 million square feet.
