FINSA Acquires Industrial Portfolio in Nuevo Leon
Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico – On November 13, 2014, CDK FINSA in partnership with Walton Street Mexico announced the acquisition of a 10 industrial property portfolio located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
With this transaction, FINSA CDK adds to their existing portfolio over two million square feet of Class A industrial properties in an important market in Mexcio.

The transaction, valued at US$ 94,000,000, was finalized November 12, 2014 with the approval of the Federal Commission of Economic Competition (COFECE).
